Very user friendly, especially after the update. Any issues and the team is quick to address.

What do you like best? Real time and easy to generate reporting makes it easy to pull numbers in a bind. What do you dislike? The one thing that I would change is when looking at creative in a particular timeline view window, the metrics for the creative would change in the list/table to match the timeline. Great team and service, vendor capabilities have some limitations and issues.

What do you like best? The people at Stack are amazing. As a company, the quality of the staff and added value each person brings is great. Joanna goes above and beyond. Petra made us feel like we were family, (when she was apart of the team.) Myriam creates HTML5 ads to make our campaigns better and she creates them very quickly. Having a great experience using StackAdapt!

What do you like best? I really like the layout of the platform, it is easy to use and I also receive great support. What do you dislike? I would like to see more broken out contextual targeting options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have definitely found StackAdapt very helpful in pitching and running Native campaigns when there was a struggle before.

Effective software and the best customer service.

What do you like best? Customer service and attention to our account - they're always incredibly responsive to any changes in our account, especially ads that don't get approved. I can always expect an email from them following up on disapproved ads to get it resolved quickly. Ads are typically approved and live on the same day, if not sooner. Great platform for Programmatic!

What do you like best? I love how intuitive and simple the platform is. What do you dislike? Mostly the reporting capabilities are what I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm solving my agency's need for a Programmatic vendor, saving me time and money.

What do you like best? Team is easy to work with and the inventory is premium. What do you dislike? They do not have much High impact native units to choose from. Recommendations to others considering the product: Provides strong CTR. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
