What do you like best? How quickly Ryan responds to any questions we have. He is always super helpful and gives the team great Support! What do you dislike? We see a lot of traffic but tend to have a problem converting with StackAdapt. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are bringing a ton of traffic to our clients websites and like that we can retarget those visitors.

Top Notch Account Teams
What do you like best? Easy to use platform, great reporting, and the account teams are top notch! What do you dislike? Hard to find out where your ads will run (domains, etc. without using a custom list of domains. I'm fine with it, but it can be a hard sell for clients that want to be on the "best sites only." What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Amplification of earned coverage and owned content.

What do you like best? Easy to use platform, great reporting, and the account teams are top notch! What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy Stackadapt because of the ease of setting up a campaign within the platform and the great customer service given by their team of account managers. What do you dislike? I don't enjoy the reporting platform or tool available through stackadapt because it's not very intuitive or user-friendly. What do you like best? One of the things I enjoy most about StackAdapt is their thinking about our campaigns. They are coming to the table with ideas and strategies to enhance our campaigns. And they work! What do you dislike? The reporting dashboard. It is difficult to navigate. I wish I could pull a report as I see it on the screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are trying to manage our campaigns in-house.
