What do you like best? Our reps are super helpful with campaign strategy and day to day communication. We receive platform updates to new audience sets, creative opportunities, etc which help nurture our current / future clients. Easy set up and quick service.

What do you like best? Service from Account Executives and AMs have been exceptional. They're well informed and tend to be quick with responses. Compared to other DSPs, the reporting platform is easy to use and has very low lag time. What do you dislike? When setting a budget based on clicks, a user can't go lower than 25 clicks/day, which is a problem when dealing with pace. When gaining incremental budget, the platform has a hard time adjusting to an increase in budget and flight. ...

Great communication and expertise

What do you like best? Sultan and Rich (our reps) understanding of advertising practices and willingness to give recommendations is always very helpful. The platform is easy to use as well and provides a great hub to access our campaigns and make any changes that are needed. Other DSPs we have used did not allow us to view our own campaign information so this is a big step up. What do you like best? I enjoy the energy from our StackAdapt team. They feel like an extension of our agency and are extremely responsive when we have an ask. What do you like best? Native advertising was a key point in our awareness strategy. We were able to reach very niche markets thanks to a wide range of audience segments and features. What do you dislike? Domains/Website optimization can be a bit time-consuming. Additional filters by main KPIs (i.e.: low CTR) could help to do a bulk edit faster. What do you like best? I like how easy it is to set up campaigns and the ability to exclude different publishers is what I truly enjoy. What do you like best? When building the campaign, it is extremely beneficial how StackAdapt has set up their targeting options. Rather than sorting through hundreds of third party segments just to select 'female' or 'male', StackAdapt makes it easy and has those options easily electable in Demographic targeting sections. What do you like best? Brandon and Benjamin are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They work as a great team to get me answers, assistance and proposals turned around rather quickly. We've also had strong results with the StackAdapt campaigns. I like the targeting capabilities including access to Crossix data. What do you dislike? I can't think of anything offhand.
