Excellent platform with knowledgable team

What do you like best? Data transparency and targeting flexibility. The customer service is excellent and the team always has helpful insights to share. What do you dislike? Originally the UI, but the latest updates are encouraging. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits outweigh any problems. The targeting and placements are great and the service has been excellent. The reporting continues to improve with the latest updates.

What do you like best? The team at StackAdapt is responsive and helpful, they are great partners to work with. What do you dislike? I don't always get to be as hands on as I like to be with an ad platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? The support team is very helpful with setting up the campaigns, recommendations and optimizations. The creative department also made suggestions for new imagining and copy to reach specific targets. They were proactive and attentive. The set-up and ad creation is simple and easy to follow. What do you like best? The swift and thorough responses to questions and requests. StackAdapt creates made-to-order audiences and offer great creative tools, such as customized display graphics. What do you like best? StackAdapt's account team is actively interested in building a rock solid, full-funnel campaign strategy, and eagerly supports you throughout the campaign activation and reporting process. What do you like best? By far their service. They are always willing to go above and beyond to help! Very quick to answer emails and always giving suggestions and offering solutions.
