I think the on-platform tutorials are more than sufficient and their team is always willing to jump into the mud and assist with campaign activation and maintenance. What do you dislike? StackAdapt is one of the most user-friendly DSP's out there!

What do you like best? Although the DSP itself is pretty much a breeze to use, in all honesty, my accounts team Amika and Kendra are the primary reason I continue to use the platform. Their proactivity and genuine concern for the well-being of my campaigns is a rare find nowadays and I haven't come across any other team that is as hands-on as they are. What do you dislike?
