"Pretty simple and straightforward software."

What do you like best? Easy to connect to salesforce, customize the mapping, set up more robust tracking, etc. What do you dislike? Visually it's not the cleanest interface. Setting up the creative is more difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpful to set up a simple chat.

An easy to use tool for live chat that provides all functionalities

PROS: SnapEngage offers great ease of use for us and it is a very efficient web client that gives easy access to all the important functionalities. CONS: Intro texts can't be customized; there should be more options for such. Allso, it cannot be started manually, which is a drawback.

"Uncluttered and easy to use"

What do you like best? SnapEngage is definitely an interesting option. Compared to tools like Zopim and Olark, they are missing an analytics function combined with a possibility to manually start a chat. "Not Perfect, But Nothing Is. "

What do you like best? Easy to record sessions and send these to clients in recap emails. What do you dislike? Finding a particular recorded session later on is tedious. You need to add a way to easily search recordings in a better UI (similar to what Administrators see). What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Hosting webinars to train our clients on using our software.

Painful customer service

Took weeks to get a clear answer to a simple question. At one point three people from Snap Engage couldn't tell me how much their service costs! I would move away from them if we weren't used to the system. System is ok, but nothing special. Overall, I wouldn't recommend them. Loads of options in this market and you can find better options in terms of the product and definitely the customer service. I dread to think if I had a payment issue and I don't trust them to get things right and ...
