Impossible to delete account and cancel triel

They force you to register a trial or paid account and enter credit card details (it's impossible to try service without it). But if you want to cancel the trial and just delete an account - it's impossible. You have to write an email and explain why you want to remove an account etc. I gave up after 5 emails, they just don't want to delete it. Don't have business with them, they are scammers.
