What do you like best about Smartling? Quick, easy and high quality. We get an estimate for the work, accept it and the work is complete within days for the small jobs and just a few weeks for full websites. Our account managers are responsive and delightful. When we were doing our initial platform setup we ran in to some hiccups, but the technical team worked through them alongside us methodically until we were all ready to go. What do you like best about Smartling? I like that Smartling will always be available to work through any situation at any moment to support the success of out team. What do you dislike about Smartling? The ability not to be able to get a count on pages submitted as opposed to just strings. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? An amazing translation management program
PROS: The interface is so intuitive that it makes the job of translating content throughout our projects and teams a lot easier. Their service team is also doing a great translation job for us. CONS: We did run into some issues regarding integration and their API. However, their customer service prioritized our issues and got them resolved in no time.

Exceptional translation service
PROS: Smartling offers a top-notch translation service with operates at the proxy level for our business. Couple this with amazing and adept account managers as well as technical resources who work for the organization. CONS: None. By far, this translation service is our most reliable and consistent tech partner.

Reliable tool for localisation of content
PROS: Top-notch customer support. Their team is really knowledgeable in this field, can answer all our questions effectively, and has guided us in making important decision. Also, they are easy to reach whenever a need for assistance arises. The tool works great btw. CONS: The availability of the Smartling support team does not always align with our schedules. So it's a big problem when we need to get something done or an issue arise outside their working hours.
