What do you like best about Smartling? It is so simple and easy to use. It has increased the efficiency of internal translations. What do you dislike about Smartling? Sometimes giving context to the translators is a little complicated. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Perfect for large-scale localisation

PROS: The solution is very sophisticated, constantly updated, and got great and knowledgeable translators. I really like the people behind this solution. They are awesome and one chat away whenever we encounter problems with the system or just need some answers. They always have answer to our queries and solutions to our issues. And they don't make us wait. CONS: Some amazing functionalities are not always signposted. We are able to find some incredible features by trial and error. Would be ...

Amazing customer support team!

PROS: The whole Smartling team has been beside us every step of the way - from setting up the GDN, translating our content, to fixing minor issues we encountered. They ensure that the translations are high quality. I love their cheerfulness and professionalism. CONS: I have to log into the system more frequently to monitor untranslated content changes. It would be nice if they provide an automated reminder or notification for this.

Smartling – an awesome tool with amazing customer service team.

PROS: We are able to consolidate our translations in one solution. But I think the top perk of using this solution is the speed of translation. We're now able to complete our translation projects faster than before. I also like the Platinum support. It has been very helpful to us. CONS: When you use a third-party LSP, it's quite hard to get feedback across to translators.

"Top notch customer service"

What do you like best about Smartling? I’ve been with Smartling for 3 years now and overall I am happy with the platform. Their customer service managers are amazing and I have always received prompt and accurate responses to all my requests. "Great service any global business could use"

What do you like best about Smartling? The online portal is great when you're working with coworkers around the world.
