What do you like best about Smartling? It provides easy access, a friendly interface. It's safe to use, meaning that when you are idle for some time, a dialogue asks you to login back again, but without losing any of you unsaved work. What do you dislike about Smartling? I wish it had keyboard shortcuts for passing to the next segment and saving and also for doing concordance searches, for example, to open up a window and typing in what you want to search. What do you like best about Smartling? I like most that the process is streamlined, being able to review content in context and the TM function What do you dislike about Smartling? Sometimes slow with the CAT tool Some processes are taking too long / too many steps What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Translations :-) It’s the same process for all the languages, and also being able to see content in context is really great
