What do you like best about Smartling? Smartling have been terrific to work with; the platform works really well. Very streamlined in terms of process management. Powerful visualization of end product. Great customer service. Comprehensive APIs which really make a difference. What benefits have you realized? As translator, I do not need to download heavy files then opening in any format, which are sometimes complicated. I am saving time and space in my computer.
