What do you like best about Smartling? It's very easy to learn, at least if you already have experience with any other CAT (can't say for those who never used another CAT tool). The option to automatically configure the shortcuts to be the same as to any other tool you may be used to work with is also a plus. The comments and reports sections are also good.
