"Great platform and great customer service"

What do you like best about Smartling? The platform is very versatile and the customer support is great, they care about your projects and want to make things easier for you. What do you dislike about Smartling? There isn’t much to dislike, internal translators who don’t use the platform every day or aren’t that tech savvy do sometimes find it a little complicated What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? "Awesome product, awesome company"

What do you like best about Smartling? The simplicity with the power for our translations team is great. The GDN has allowed us to make lots of customization really quickly based on different languages so that we can provide a custom experience for us to. What do you dislike about Smartling? I think that the content swap UI could be better. Our implementation could be part of the problem but the searchability of that screen is hard to use.
