What do you like best about Smartling? I like how Smartling is directly connected to our website, so that we can ingest content for translation during the testing phase. What do you like best about Smartling? I like the ability to leverage our translations through the translation memory among the different projects that we have What do you dislike about Smartling? Some of the UI had been difficult to learn, but I've heard that a newer, more simplified UI is coming soon What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Smartling? The API means we were able to build an automated workflow that makes our localisation simple, swift and consistent. What do you dislike about Smartling? Trying to understand the history of a particular string or translation can be tricky. Using the search is also a bit of an art form. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Smartling? The api makes Smartling easy to install and easy to use. The flexibility of the workflows, to be able to customise for your purposes. Its enabled us to have 13 EU market teams log in per project and validate/review quality of translation -something previous workflows/systems had not allowed. What do you like best about Smartling? How easy it is to use the dashboard to create new jobs and review translations. What do you dislike about Smartling? Sometimes the translations get held up in review steps and it is hard to determine when something needs review. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? Translating Sales enablement materials, localizing corporate website in multiple languages.
