What do you like best about Smartling? The UI. The Smartling interface is simple, yet you can really get in there and modify options to your heart's content. The available options let you accomplish just about anything in terms of translation. What do you dislike about Smartling? There is nothing I dislike about Smartling. What do you like best about Smartling? Smartling's back-end translation tool is second to none. It is easy to navigate and use, even for those who have not use translation services in the past. "Very user-friendly CAT tool with state of the art features, although lacking some basic ones"

What do you like best? I find the tool easy to navigate and I love the Github integration, which hugely helps automating the translation process. I also like the multiple options to provide information to linguists: visual context, translator instructions, general context (files, etc.), project description, and how easy to view they are. What do you like best about Smartling? Magdalena and her friendly nature, she is always willing to go the extra mile to help and explains any issues we may have. What do you dislike about Smartling? That we can not directly export translations into an Excel sheet What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? The automatic feeds into our CMS systems as it reduces manual labour

What do you like best about Smartling? I like most, that we have the option to verify the translations and changes we do during review of the delivered examples, by switching the source to the target language in the preview window.
