"Good product easy to use!"

What do you like best about Smartling? I like that the help center provides detailed instructions on how to use the platform. Also its leading technology and features in the industry are also a huge plus. The SA and CSM teams are also very helpful and eager to help whenever there's a need. "Feature rich platform and excellent customer service"

What do you like best about Smartling? They offer a strong and competitive offering of services and plans accompanied by excellent customer service. Their account management team and customer success managers are top notch. Always willing to jump on a call and troubleshoot an issue or answer any question you may have. "Super useful tool with great support"

What do you like best about Smartling? It is easy to use and fast. The best thing though is that it connects with multiple tools and is able to provide live context to the translators so the quality of the outcome is better. We can translate different websites, using different technologies and make them share translation memory and glossaries and use different CMSes and PIMs at the same time. "Smartling allows us to localize at the scale we need."

What do you like best about Smartling? I love how all the strings are loaded into the interface and then I can work with them however I want through various batching and automation capabilities. "Smartling has helped so much in centralizing and streamlining our localization process"

What do you like best about Smartling? Smartling is easy to use and we have a lot of stakeholders and workflows so simplicity is a must. The ease of use is not to say that Smartling isn't detailed and customizable. We have lots of complex needs and for the most part we are able to customize our use of the system to our specific needs. "Very Handy Tool"

What do you like best about Smartling? The easy of use and the automatic translation feature. Support is always there to help and make quick time of getting back on any issues. It is really useful to have the file upload job type - this allows us to upload files of copy to get translated. What do you dislike about Smartling? "By far the most advanced and easy-to-use TMS I've worked with."

What do you like best about Smartling? Friendly and fun people. Good and fast Support. What do you dislike about Smartling? Feature improvement requests are sometimes super fast, sometimes it can take a while, but they're always actioned. What problems is Smartling solving and how is that benefiting you? MT implementation, improve translation TAT, dynamic workflows, in-context visuals, APIs with dev teams.

"Smartling took us global"

What do you like best about Smartling? Quick, easy and high quality. We get an estimate for the work, accept it and the work is complete within days for the small jobs and just a few weeks for full websites. Our account managers are responsive and delightful.
