PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We are able to consolidate our translations in one solution. But I think the top perk of using this solution is the speed of translation. We're now able to complete our translation projects faster than before. I also like the Platinum support. It has been very helpful to us. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It meets our localization needs

PROS: We are able to leverage our content translations through translation memory among our various projects. CONS: Some of the user interface has learning curve. But I have heard that they will release a new UI with simpler design and is easier to use.

What do you like best about Smartling? The online portal is great when you're working with coworkers around the world. Being able to set deadlines and see the history of a project are important features. Plus, it's great that it integrates with our website so it's multilingual. What do you dislike about Smartling? Their customer service managers are amazing and I have always received prompt and accurate responses to all my requests.
