What do you like best about Smartling? The CSMs I've worked with have been consistently amazing. Not only were they knowledgeable about the product, they always went above and beyond to try and get us the solution we needed, looping in additional resources and support teams. "Very user-friendly CAT tool with state of the art features which is constantly improving."

What do you like best about Smartling? I find the tool easy to navigate and I love the Github and the Zendesk integrations, which hugely help automating the localization process. I also like the multiple options to provide information to linguists: visual context, translator instructions, general context (files, etc.), project description, and how easy to view they are.
