What do you like best about SimpleTexting? So far, SimpleTexting has had the best customer service experience from any product we use. Their platform has given us nearly no issues, and works as expected. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? There are no ways to filter inboxes based on undelivered messages (due to carrier errors, for example), which when we're sending large quantities of messages would simplify our processes. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple texting platform has an easy and intuitive interface. Users are able to schedule messages very well and are sent ontime without fail. The automated message response feature works very well and we able to blast bulk messages very well especially when we are doing promotions on various products. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I know most employees don't check their emails regularly, but everyone has their phones on them. I like the fact I can schedule texts to send at a later date/time. This feature helps simplify my job when I need to get information out to our employees, but I want to send it out later, say during their lunch, so I know they will have a moment to read it. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple Interface with no complicated features. Very easy to send outbound texts to people without having to jump through hoops. What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It takes me under five minutes each week to notify the three teams serving on Sunday. As opposed to wondering if they were listening to their voicemails. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? I don't think there are any downsides that I have found! What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Folks seem to respond quicker and more consistently when texted as opposed to emails or calls.
