What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Easy to use and gets info to our customer base fast. The customer service is great too! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Nothing. Any issues I have ever had were resolved quickly by my customer service team! What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting to our customers fast!

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I use this for my business to notify customers about upcoming installs and general communication. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? NOTHING, I find this service to be incredibly easy and so important to our business. What problems is SimpleTexting solving and how is that benefiting you? Its reducing the phone time with customers and everything in writing.

What do you like best about SimpleTexting? Simple Texting allows us to keep an easy and efficient communication channel open with our team of 50 employees. We can send out important updates to them instantly and it doesnt get missed like an email would. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? What do you like best about SimpleTexting? It is so easy to use! I also like the campaigns feature and, the ease of importing contacts. I am able to contact multiple people with ease and, it separates each conversation so, I can still keep track of who I am talking to! What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I llove how the messages are easy to see and easy to respond to. And its's very easy to see the history of your chats with your clients. A great feature is that can also import your own business phone number to use to text from. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? What do you like best about SimpleTexting? I spent a month investigating texting services. Simpletexting had all I needed at a good price. Plus, my standard is that service is essential & they have it. What do you dislike about SimpleTexting? Not all is as intuitive as I would like but there support jumped on every questions.
