What do you like best? The customer service rep assigned to my case was FANTASTIC - in fact, she reached out to me more than I had to reach out to her. What do you like best? Silent Auction Pro's platform is a must for any small to medium non-profit that is holding a fundraiser. They software is easy to use, allows us to track donations, registrations, etc. and made our entire process simple. Silent Auction Pro has streamlined our events!

What do you like best? I love this that software handles everything for our entire event, not just the silent auction. We use it for ticket sales, to print out bid sheets and info sheets for our auction, to keep all the records and reports, for check out, for sending emails and letters to attendees and donors, and for generating tax receipts for donors. What do you like best? The absolute best support you could ask for. There is a great help menu, timely emails and phone call touches. And you can talk to a real person when you need to. We keep discovering news ways the product supports our efforts. We are growing with it! What do you dislike? SAP is easy to use

What do you like best? SAP is very easy to use and a great price What do you dislike? 2nd year was a little tough because there were instances that came up and we were not aware and did not know to ask ahead of time. What do you like best? The best feature is its simplicity. I find the system very easy to use, and the few times I have had issues, the customer service is top-notch. I received helpful answers back within moments. They have you tube videos available to walk you through some of the more complicated oprations. What do you dislike?
