What do you like best? I think the site is excellent. It is very user friendly and easy to use. We have used it for the past three years and had great success in our fundraising. What do you like best? I really liked the communication features. I was able to send text reminders and custom thank you's to bidders and donors easily! It was so simple to customize a personalized message to all those who contributed to the auction without having to re-collect, organize and merge their contact information. What do you like best? The customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to help me through the process of set-up and helping me figure it all out. SAP made check-out so fast and simple too. What do you dislike? Setting up our PayPal merchant account was very difficult. But that was not SAP's fault. SAP helps Small troop have big fundraiser!

What do you like best? SAP allows a small group of people to organize a complicated auction. The ability to enter donations, create spreadsheets to ensure all donations are accounted for, print bid sheets and analyze the data is so valuable. We started our auctions years ago using a spreadsheet, and mail merge to create bid sheets. We had no online presence so unless you came to our site you couldn't bid on our donations. There are a ton of how to's in the help section, if you can't find what you need in that section, their customer support team is top notch. We will be using this software for years to come. The Support Staff from Silent Auction Pro was very helpful and spoke in Layman's terms when explaining the features and how to do something. What do you like best? Great interface, powerful tool. Good exports. What do you dislike? I didn't use the bid sheets they provided. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it for our annual Gala auction -- ticket sales, check-in and check-out, reporting. Effortless check-in and check-out and follow-up collections.
