Great Software - User Friendly

What do you like best? Very straight forward from first time used it. Easy to customize for your needs. I have used it for a variety of different auction types. What do you dislike? Hard to come up with much I don't like. Wish the system had a way to generate a custom website for my online auction items, Live auction viewings and ticket purchase page. Silent Auction Pro helped us raise more this year than ever!

What do you like best? I like the ease of the bidding, once you are bidding, you are notified when you are outbid, you can also do a "maximum" and the system will bid for you until that maximum is met, then you are notified via text or email. What do you dislike? I wish it had an app... The mobile site works ok, but having to go to your browser and login can be cumbersome at times, I feel if there was an app, that would be best and most efficient, easiest to access quickly. ...

What do you like best? I love their customer service. Someone seems to always be available and everyone really helped with any questions I had. What do you dislike? There is only one feature I would like in the auction and they are already working on getting that up and running in a few months. Solid software support for auctions of any size

What do you like best? Silent Auction Pro was very helpful in getting and staying organized for our auction. It is a fairly complex bit of software, so the first-time user may be a little daunted by all the options, but the support staff is always (And I do mean pretty much Always) available to explain things, and to help you figure out any issues. They can log in and look at your event with you, and give you real feedback, rather than just general suggestions, which is a huge help. The ...

What do you like best? The ease of use. It is very easy to set up and the help menu is very detailed and easy to understand. What do you dislike? Good Experience with Silent Auction Pro

What do you like best? The phone support was excellent. Their tech support staff were always helpful and patient and very clear. What do you dislike? I would like better reports that isolate some of the revenue streams more clearly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Their low fees made it possible for us to have an online auction this year when our previous vendor doubled their fees.
