Terrible Communication from the team/ Slow product / Bad Support

Shopware is extremely slow! Their documented support is lacking, probably due to the fact that you have to pay for the support. And we still had issue running the system behind a reverse-proxy and the support was pointless. I would still be OK with it if it was just that! But, their attention to the grab money and run is fantastic!  We had an issue with transferring a license; transferred it in the new entity to cancel the subscription and cancelled it just in time, one year ...

What do you like best? A lot of features built in and working well. Good plugin manager. What do you dislike? The backend needs a bit of UI polish. Some plugins were better than others.
