From start to finish, set up & use Scrypt/Sfax has been amazing. It solved our fax machine issues while keeping HIPPA compliant.

Excellent fax service

This is an easy to use system to send and receive secured faxes.The program works flawlessly. It seems to me some difficult to contact help on demand. they offer only email help.Beside this, I would recommend it to everyone that needs a fast, easy accessible system to send and receive faxes. It is like having a real fax machine!

I am not a heavy user of secure fax, however I am a critical user. I chose Sfax because it was the only one at the time which offered HIPAA security and also didn't require a big buy-in or monthly fee for occasional users.The security is still there but recent changes have made it less practical for occasional users like myself. If that does not apply because you are a business user, I can recommend Sfax without reservations.

Rating scale is very flawed. Great is not a valid label between Average and Excellent. There is no difference between "Great" and "Excellent".The appropriate rating scale labels should be: "Very Poor/Poor/Average/Good/Very Good""Great" should be labeled "Good", and that would be my rating of Scrypt/Sfax. The results you are receiving from this flawed poll will likely skew more positively than they should, and the information will not be very valuable to you.

Solid Niche Player with Next Level Potential

Scrypt's SFax is a solid HIPAA compliant offering with the API's, interface partnerships, and platform to provide great value to healthcare companies of all sizes. They are priced very well. What is holding them back in eFax is mobile application support for Android devices which would allow more customers to ditch expensive copper line contracts. While they have other products, none stand out as much as SFax. Their partnerships with EMR vendors and their print capture driver will help ...
