"Efficient reservations system"

What do you like best about SevenRooms? It's user friendly, you can build great relationships with guests based on the info you can store on their profile. Personalizes their experience to retain clients. What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Slight lag in customer support response time. What problems is SevenRooms solving and how is that benefiting you? The system helps us to capture the most information about a guest and their experience in our venues.

"Easy onboarding, great expertise"

What do you like best about SevenRooms? People are helpful and it's easy to get solutions for problems. It would be good to offer more training programs to help countries experiencing high staff turnover, however, as self-guided training may be less effective. What do you dislike about SevenRooms? Teams have to be good with self-management of the system and may be difficult to use for teams that are not primarily English-speaking. What do you like best about SevenRooms? Seven rooms is very user friendly. It's the open table for membership clubs. "Easy and intuitive"

What do you like best about SevenRooms? Being able to search for reservations by partial names or phone numbers and being able to copy to new reservations saves time. What do you dislike about SevenRooms? One shortcoming is not being able to advance search further, such as in a date range or at a particular property venue.
