What do you like best? The PPM tool has fantastic and frequent upgrades, whilst we do not take each upgrade this really gives us steer and the tool is constantly enhancing. What do you like best? It's a simple and flexible tool for Project, Portfolio and Resource Management and you are quickly up to speed. Using as a PM (mainly Gantt's and reports) is quick and easy. Using as a Resource Manager (track people, time, holidays, training etc...) also simple. The reports are excellent and enable Project and Resource tracking and management across the portfolio. Not using it to its full potential and having mixed feedback from users.

What do you like best? It was fit for purpose at the time and delivered the reports we needed. I like that we can create our own reports and don't have to use standard templates. What do you dislike? The version we have uses Java which we have no end of trouble with when setting up new users. It doesn't integrate with anything else i.e. our finance system therefore all entries are manual. The speed is sometimes an issue and users don't seem to like the look and feel. ...

What do you like best? You can customize it to do almost anything you would want. What do you dislike? Reporting engine in cumbersome and would be better if it rolled up data more like an excel pivot table. Recommendations to others considering the product: We are on version 5 moving to version 6. It's a good product with many capabilities

What do you like best? There was usually a representative available from Sciforma to help us out/ answer our questions. It's a powerful tool if people are trained right on using it. What do you dislike? It's got a lot of functionality, which can be confusing to a lot of the users, so it requires a lot set up and training. There's definitely a learning curve with the software. Excellent PM Tool

What do you like best? It is very easy to use Sciforma, newcomers with little or no Project Management experience will also also find this tool ery easy to use. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Sciforma is really intuitive for work with PPM. It allowes you to work with resource managment, task, projects, demands and portfolios.
