Good Platform for Housing Internal Training

What do you like best? Litmos has a good library of courses that are a great starting point for learning a specific concept. Creating and managing courses and profiles within the system is simple and intuitive. What do you dislike? The course library are essentially 101 courses. Very few go deep into the subject presented. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The learning paths have been a great way for us to track the professional ...

3rd Time STILL a Charm!

What do you like best? I have been recruited into my last 3 companies and asked to bring on an LMS. After extensive business needs gathering and review of up to 15 other systems, it's always come down to Litmos in the top 3 and then Litmos as the final selection. Their scalability, amazing features/functions, active-user based pricing, and incredibly supportive staff make them the best of the best. What do you dislike? The first time I selected and implemented Litmos they were a ...

Excellent Training Platform - Compliance Oriented

What do you like best? Really like the multiple metrics that can be tracked - last time a user signed in, trainings started, trainings completed, filter by training, etc. Very important for a company trying to achieve certain metrics for required trainings on a frequent basis (ex. annual training). What do you dislike? Can be a bit clunky sometimes - the reporting and generation of CPE certifications has not consistently worked for us, but it has been a while since any issues have ...

It's easy to fire up, lightweight on PC resources, and highly agile.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A lot of learners find the tool simple to use. Implementing it was super quick compared to heavy-running enterprise systems. The instructor-led training is easy to install and track. Content is simple to make. You can engage different levels of creating content if you're missing an instructional designer. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I'm constantly trying to find ways to make integration into current ...

Easy to setup and operate with a rich set of functionality

What do you like best? Simple setup for enterprise admins (for PEOPLE import, COURSE loads, TEAM setup, REPORTS). Very clear navigation for learners, little to no training needed to roll out to the enterprise when we changed our learning management system. What do you dislike? PEOPLE : Not enough data connectors (ADP in USA only) for companies with larger populations to keep learner and supervisor linkages correct. FUNCTIONALITY: Some areas of functionality are really great & ...

A director in charge of developing an organization.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the appearance and UI of Litmos by SAP. It has a ton of reporting functionality. It's also great since it's user-friendly. Our participants find the tool to be useful in all aspects. The tool has done a lot of good things and many find it to be easy and fun to use. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It seems the discussion boards need a bit of improvement. It appears to be basic and has very limited ...

A solution that's flat out simple to operate.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Some good things that I like with Litmos. Firstly, there's never a need to offer training on how you can use the tool. It's essentially user-friendly and highly intuitive. Next, its reports are pre-installed for you to make an analysicon content performance and consumption. What aspects are problematic or could work better? To be honest. Nothing much. I picked this tool over the others simply because it answered everything that I ...

Not Just a Great LMS, but Also a Great Team Behind the Product

What do you like best? The best feature of the SAP Litmos LMS is its integration with Salesforce and top notch support. Our road to becoming a customer was a long process, and everyone involved on the Litmos team from account management to customer support, were flexible, adaptable, and respectful of our internal goals, process, and timeline. What do you dislike? There aren't many downsides. However, some SAP Litmos features such as Custom Domains with SSL are very pricey to unlock ...

Using Litmos

What do you like best? Litmos is simple Learning Management System to administer. What do you dislike? Could use better reporting and safeguards to protect admins from unknowingly doing bad things. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reduced Administration which allows us to roll out training with no dedicated LMS Administrator. Ease of sharing training with multiple audiences allows us to lock-down share training easily.

Litmos is the future

What do you like best? The product speaks for itself. What really sells it is the people behind it. What do you dislike? We have, what we believe to be great ideas and would like them now. Understandable they can't deliver that fast. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Evolving with the way individuals are learning.
