I've been impressed by the responsiveness and helpfulness of our account manager, as well as the support team, who are happy to join me in a Zoom meeting to walk us through understanding anything we find tricky, and never a long wait to get help. What do you like best? It has been so helpful to view the progress of our clients and them working through the trainings. Creating learning paths that guide and direct them. For digestible information and being able to ask questions throughout the modules. Our clients love being able to see the progress they have made and visually see what is remaining. What do you like best? The Litmos LMS is so easy to use. I primarily use it for our internally developed materials which range from software simulations to embedded content and videos. What do you like best? It's very user friendly and my learners love the ability to take their courses on their time, rather than scheduling their day around training. Being able to set a Learning Path has streamlined our training and ensured that all of our people are getting access to the same quality content. Flexible enough to meet a lot of different needs.

What do you like best? There are a lot of features to use within Litmos to customize your needs and those of the users. When up to date, the training material available is great! What do you like best? The user interface is very easy to use and intuitive which was a must-have on our list when we went LMS shopping. Our users have raved about the ease of use. I also like the Litmos Ideas portal. You can vote on things you agree with and post changes you'd like to see made. It appears they do look at this board to get ideas of what should be updated next. Great software that has brought a new and easy to use UI for our clients and staff.

What do you like best? Ease of use for our clients, the quiz question options, the ability to build out learning paths, an on and on! What do you dislike?
