The inability to display sales results next to potential business and forecasts. They are getting more balance in their results across the product line.

The learning curve to easy access different levels of sales/products and targets. What problems is sales-i solving and how is that benefiting you? Business problems I am solving are how much or how little an account is and by what product they are down in.
