"Friendly UI for Conversation Designers"

What do you like best about Rulai? I am currently using flow charts to design bot conversation, and I have no problem onboarding Rulai Console to develop and test my bot. The presentation of the flow in the console is by far the best among other bot designs providers. I can jump into the design work from the console rather than a separate flow design software and launch the bot simulation. I'm impressed by how Rulai makes conversation design such a simple task. There isn't much I've run into that I dislike. All round a solid platform. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you?
