What do you like best about Rulai? The console's UI is intuitive and easy to use. I was surprised at how easy it was to build my first chatbot with its drag-and-drop features. I was able to focus on designing the conversation more and less on the technical aspect. What do you like best about Rulai? It's easy to develop and deploy the bot and easily make changes after deployment. The NLU capabilities are best utilized. What do you dislike about Rulai? There is hardly anything that would be disliked by anyone. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? The enterprise chatbots can be easily developed using Rulai. customer centered design and way of testing it before deployment is ultimate.
