"Very helpful tool"

What do you like best about Rulai? The work tracking because we can make everyone work keeps an eye even if we have to wait for some answers. What do you dislike about Rulai? We could improve the child issues or link tickets options. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? Provide a platform including developing more features.

"Great but still not perfect"

What do you like best about Rulai? I like that it is mostly simple and easy to use, as it only uses javascript, also the interface is freidnly and easy to use and remember where everything is. What do you dislike about Rulai? I think that its robustness makes it have limitations, I also don't like that some things in testing don't work in production, or I also think that there's is not new stuff coming once in a while or improvements. "Easy to use, but with enough depth and complexity for modern chatbots"

What do you like best about Rulai? I have been using Rulai for about 4 years now. Due to my experience with other chatbot platforms, I can safely say that Rulai has all the features needed for a great user experience. "Lots of potential, easy to use"

What do you like best about Rulai? I had the opportunity to take the developer training provided by Rulai. I found the Rulai platform powerful while keeping a clean UI. I really liked the simplicity/intuitiveness of building out flows to fairly granular level without needing to be a programmer. "Well made video tutorials"

What do you like best about Rulai? The platform is powerful and very easy to pickup. What do you dislike about Rulai? I would prefer live training over pre-recorded. Also, many of the quizzes were designed illogically. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? Setting up a chatbot.
