"Good at reducing fraud chargebacks received but some issues with chargeback status updates"

What do you like best about Riskified? The biggest upside is the order filtering tool, which has greatly reduced the fraud chargebacks which we have received. We have an API integration with Braintree and Riskified is able to pick up most (usually missing a couple) of first time chargebacks instantly and reimburses accordingly.

What do you like best about Riskified? It is very clear and easy to use, you can see very fast where the Problem ist and what the cust can do better for the next order. Support is very fast.
