What do you like best about Riskified? The best part is the ease of use and knowing we can put our faith in them to handle all our fraud issues and concerns. Being able to set them up and let them take care of it without us having to spend time every week concerned and dealing with fraud is crucial to the success we've had.

That it is quick and easy to use.You simply just take the email and sometimes even the number run it through the system and you will get immediate feedback on why it was flagged. You can also re-run it right there and it a lot of times will unflag and when it doesn't it at least tells you why which you can use in your response to your customer. What do you like best about Riskified? Obviously, the best two factors of Riskified are the chargeback guarantee, and the lack of involvement necessary. The chargeback guarantee means that any order approved by the service has no liability. This is particularly beneficial in using Riskified as a secondary vendor to a manual review tool, as they can "rescue" orders and increase sales with no fraud risk. What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified can adapt to our specific usecases and customers to detect fraudulent transactions. UI and integration is simple but do the job for our fraud analysts. Riskified decreased our chargebacks and risks for years now.
