What do you like best about Riskified? The service is quick, efficient, and customer service is responsive. It helps our customers make secure payments and us, as the merchants, make safe transactions. There are a lot of details concerning one's order which helps us in evaluating if we should approve or cancel their order.

What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified has a very seemless integration, a great support team, and a willingness to adapt, update, and accommodate to your business.

What do you like best about Riskified? It's almost always on automatic and we don't have to go to an external site to see if the order has been approved or not. If you're using Shopify, Riskified adds nots to the order so we know the status right away. It's almost 100% automatic.

What do you like best about Riskified? We no longer have to worry if an order is going to be charged back or not. even payments that our payment service approves as low risk are caught by Riskified! Highly recommend them. The dashboard is eay to use and the ability to view past transactions is very helpful.

What do you like best about Riskified? I like the fact that the account managers are responsive to client needs and the technology that Riskified is using is new to the market. The fact that they take full responsibility on chargebacks for approved orders is a welcome benefit.
