What do you like best about Ringover? It is such an easy platform to use, integrates with your calendar and the video conferencing just works. Guests receive a url and in one click they are connected. What do you dislike about Ringover? There is nothing to dislike, very happy. "Great tool - especially for WFH!"

What do you like best about Ringover? I love the recording feature of Ringover! It is so helpful because if you are unable to take notes quickly enough or miss a particular detail, then you don't have to stress at all. The ability for people to shadow the calls has been so helpful for training exercises as well! What do you dislike about Ringover? There was noting I didn't like, sometimes there could be a small lag but not very noticeable What problems is Ringover solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Ringover? RingOver is an easy to use and efficient software that has allowed my training to run smoothly as ever! I can't recommend this enough. It allows for calls to be recording so that my trainer can go through any feedback witj me as well as access the call whilst not in the same room as me!

What do you like best about Ringover? Having the ability to easily cast the dashboard screen onto a large screen for the whole team to understand with its easy layout and fun colours, the ease of getting a user online, choosing multiple numbers to dial out of, create a comprehensive IVR and with the possibility of integrating across multiple platforms.
