RightSignature Reviews in January 2025: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Things have been easier thanks to RightSignature.

PROS: We prefer having the ability to make use of a mobile app in signature acquisition. Having the ability to customize the field in terms of size/date/text/signature and others is awesome. We have yet to make revisions on docs to suit RightSignature. CONS: It may be a small inconvenience but it'd be a treat if we won't have to constantly type each signer's e-mail address. Things would've been efficient to have the listed names saved. This would reduce the time it takes to prep any document.

"Great way to collect paperwork remotely!"

What do you like best? This is a great way for a business to be able to collect the necessary paperwork, especially when you have employees or contractors that are working remotely. What do you dislike? Trying to sign my name with the mouse is tough! But it works, and it gives you a retry option, so you can practice a couple and get it right. "Works well in tandem with ShareFile"

What do you like best? Quick and effective. Simple to follow. Easy to understand What do you dislike? What do you like best? RightSignature is great at what it is meant for - sending documents for review and signature. There are some nice features such as creating templates to apply to multiple individualized documents. What do you dislike? "Good for distributed workforce "

What do you like best? The multiple ways that a person can sign m. It is useful for those that travel frequently, since documents can be reviewed and signed using a phone, tablet, or laptop. What do you dislike? Sometimes documents can not be viewed on phone, due to size. "Great product for saving time. "

What do you like best? We've learned over the years that sending contracts by mail to potential clients to sign and return often ends with delays, sometimes taking weeks to get the contracts finalized. Using RightSignature allows us to sign up potential clients much more quickly. It allows us to get information to and from potential clients more speedily and converts potential clients to clients.
