"Right is Right"

What do you like best? This product is very easy to use. I am not tech inclined. What do you dislike? Have not had any problems, as of yet. Fingers crossed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I work for an accounting firm. I have found that getting signatures with Right Signature is much easier for clients who are on the go

"Could be awesome, misses the mark."

What do you like best? RightSignature does a lot right with its integration into our CRM, when it's working. I don't think they were prepared to be a client of the company that writes our CRM, but when it's working it's one of the smoothest pieces of software we use. What do you dislike? I don't know if it's Citrix or if it's e-mail providers, but our clients seem to have a very difficult time successfully completing e-sign documents. "Great Product but don't rely on tech support"

What do you like best? Signatures are fast and turnaround is rapid. Makes sending information to clients and getting their signatures back much easier. What do you dislike? Tech support is the worst I have seen. I sent an email to tech support that took 35 days to respond. "Right Signature does the job"

What do you like best? Ability to easily deploy e-signature to documents that you need to get completed quickly. Also, like the reminder functionality that right signature contains. What do you dislike? User interface is clunky and not intuitive. It takes a bit for a user to understand how to setup a document. "Great for staffing firms"

What do you like best? We are able to send applications, new hire documents to candidates very easily. What do you dislike? I actually can't say I have any complaints except MAYBE that it can be a little slow in loading sometimes. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? New Hire Documents (tax forms, application). We franchise so we can set up specific documents for each State.
