Speedy service resolving issues
I had an issue with an instant voucher that I couldn't open. Having assumed initially that it was a problem with the retailer's website, I tried several times over the course of a few weeks to access the voucher, without success. I contacted Reward Gateway, who responded in just over 24 hours, confirming that it was due to a failed connection with the retailer, and that I would be refunded within 3 working days. A very speedy resolution of my issue.

Response was quick and timely
Response was quick and timely. The issue was relatively straightforward (cancelled a EasySaver card which had money on it), but similar experiences with getting a refund left me prepared to have a long and drawn out fight to get the money back. RewardGateway have sorted it all out within 24hrs, and I am confident my money will be returned within their promised timeline of 3 working days. Really plesantly surprised!

Top-up card used every week
I have a top-up card and use it every week for groceries. To date I have saved over £600 and found the whole top-up process very easy. Would recommend definitely

Outstanding Customer Service
I made a mistake purchasing an instant voucher of quite high value (didn't realise it was still in my basket from the day before). I called and got through to Stoyan in customer services. He calmly listened to the issue and said that although the voucher wasn't refundable, given the circumstances he'd escalate it immediately and request a refund from the retailer.
