Good experience so far

I have been able to make significant savings on holidays and purchases so it has been well worth it. When I ran into difficulties with one purchase, the team was supportive although slightly slow and eventually achieved a satisfactory resolution.

Would recommend and use again

The quickness of rectifying my issue was dealt with really well and efficient. I was shocked that I was able to get for a full refund from my recent purchase, which has really helped (particularly this side of year). I would always recommended contact the team if you have any issues as they will always help as much as possible.

Good and prompt customer service replies

Had a problem with a gift card and had prompt replies from both the chat in the app and their customer support on email! Got the issue sorted pretty quickly and was happy with the resolution.
