" Convenient and EASY"
What do you like best about ResNexus? Mobile convenience. I like that I can be grocery shopping, receive a call, and book a cabin just like that! The ease of sending the paid receipts when I receive a check in the mail, or an email directing to withdraw some additional funds from their credit card toward the wedding. What do you dislike about ResNexus? Lately, the attached contract that is suppose to accompany payment or confirmation is not the correct one and Micah can't seem to get it ...

What do you like best about ResNexus? It's extremely easy-to-use and has a lot of extra features compared to other property-management software out there. Additionally, they're always making updates. What do you dislike about ResNexus? Sometimes, there's minor glitches and bugs. ResNexus is very responsive to inquiries though which is a positive and things can get fixed quick. Just switched to ResNexus and can sit on hold up to 50 minutes trying to get customer service help
PROS: I do not need all the bells and whistles they offer. I have called customer service (which they say is so great) about 5 times. 3 out of 5 I get stuck sitting and waiting. This goes on up to 50 minutes where they tell you they can design & run your website for you. If they cannot answer the phone or have enough customer service people, why do they think they can handle a website? Of course I could push #2 and have them call me back.
