The pricing is very lucrative for even the business and team users, I'm working on a concept to introduce this in my business unit. Great App!

What do you like best? I was impressed with this app as it allowed for a free version to try out and gave easy access to an individual's computer who is in a remote country in Africa. Very useful! The ability to use to connect to others or allow access to my computer was beneficial too. What do you dislike? Easy but not user friendly

What do you like best? It is very easy to set up, free for one user. What do you dislike? Copy and paste is a nightmare in RemotePC. EVERY TIME you try to copy, the system will pop out a message tells you that "You can paste it to the local computer". Imaging you are creating a Excel file, how many time you will use copy and paste functions? It gets really annoying later on. Also, when pasting, the format will not get pasted, only the text. Poor

Poor. CPU usage kept randomly going up to 100% for no reason - discovered it was Remote PC.Uninstalled and killed my account - only to find that it still has some parts installed that are causing my machine to have a kernel panic. Useless.

Very poor software and worse support.

Very poor software and worse support.You cannot use the native resolution of you monitor unless you use scroll bars or best fit option which makes everything blurry. By far the worst fault.No usb redirectionUseless support.Stutters and generally slow compared to others

Refund request ignored

After installing the software, it quickly became apparent that it would not work for my needs (you need to install the software on the PC you will be remoting to; knowing the IP info of the PC is not enough).I made a refund request a week ago which has been ignored.

Software doesn't work, support useless

I signed up for the trial, and it would not work on my MacBook. I am looking for an alternative for my company as we are moving from LogMeIn, which is so expensive. "Great remote access tool"

What do you like best about RemotePC? RemotePC is very easy to use. I like the fact I can print documents right from my remote computer. My previous remote tool did not allow this.
