"Great service but there is a big learning curve"

What do you like best about SaaSquatch? Tracking user sign ups and the activity required to meet the rewards goal has been amazing. Filtering and seeing the data visualized is rather intuitive, some minor hiccups but overall satisfied with everything. What do you dislike about SaaSquatch?
