What do you like best about ProProfs Knowledge Base Software? The tool is of immense help when it comes to creating an online product document. Its contextual help feature lets you add tooltips, popups and lightboxes to explain the complicated features and terminologies related to a product. Wonderful tool for customer support
PROS: The software comes with smart features, settings, and integrations that make the overall experience of using it really good. We created a customer support knowledge base with this software, which is more like a self-help platform where customers can solve any queries they have regarding our products, on their own. CONS: Some of the features are complex to understand. It took us quite some time to get a grip on them and use them to our advantage.

Best tool to reduce tickets
PROS: The tool helped me cut down the support tickets significantly. My customers feel empowered as they are able to resolve queries on their own, without reaching out to my support staff. My customer support teams don’t have to answer the same questions again and again, which increases their productivity and helps them concentrate on more serious customer concerns. CONS: Technical issues were there in the beginning, but after some time, the product started working smoothly.

Awesome for creating internal knowledge base
PROS: My workforce is spread across the globe and collaboration was a task. Hence, I decided to create a common platform where they can find and share knowledge and work collaboratively. ProProfs Knowledge Base software helped me create an internal repository of information and the response from my employees has been positive till now. CONS: The product has worked well for my requirements, however, I am still unclear about certain features.
