"Great for when customers need to send images or do not have great phone service for calls, etc."

What do you like best about Prokeep? Not having to give out personal cell phone numbers for a customer to send an image. What do you dislike about Prokeep? I have not used the app enough yet to have any complaints. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Gives our customers another communication option. Seeing the record of information is beneficial when you need to refer back to the conversation with the customer.

MASS TEXTING IS A PROBLEM IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE A FOLDER THAT I CAN SELECT AND HAVE ALL CONTACTS IN THERE AND SELECT AND SEND A MASS TEXED TO THEM What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? THEY HAVE MADE IT VERY USER FREINDLY AND EASY TO USE

"A picture is worth a thousand words!"

What do you like best about Prokeep? Having an HVAC tech text a picture of an equipment nameplate eliminates errors vs having the tech read it to you. He or you could make a mistake. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There are none that I know of. It helps me from wasting time on unnecessary phone calls. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? direct messaging between team members is a nice add on.

What do you like best about Prokeep? ProKeep allows us to proactively engage our customers with timely information about events, promotions, training opportunites and product offerings. It provides a means to send technical information and quotes directly to their phones. What do you dislike about Prokeep? "Really neat functions, needs a little work to refine its mechanics"

What do you like best about Prokeep? The simplicity of how it works and its raw functions are amazing. It easly works with other applictions to send both pictures and messages. What do you dislike about Prokeep? I am personally not a big fan of all the icons for the different functions. I prefer to be able to identify the functions by name. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Less requirement of individual SMS use of personal phones for company buisness. Clearer ...

What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer have to give out personal cell numbers for customers to send pictures of products.

What do you like best about Prokeep? Its an easy place to find information. As long as you have the right link. What do you dislike about Prokeep? There is very few "summaries' as to what a function does. This may be a fault of the organization tho. What problems is Prokeep solving and how is that benefiting you? Its a good way to communicate with other debts/customers
