The app is good and helpful
The app is good and helpful, but I want to admit a level of PocketGuartd's customer support. I reached them about syncing issue via email. Guys spent the whole month adjusting the app and solving my unique problem. In the final everything is smooth and works like a clock. Highly recommended.

I am really enjoying Pocket Guard
I am really enjoying Pocket Guard. We are just moving over from YNAB. I find Pocket Guard to be more user friendly than YNAB. I do have questions about credit card budgeting however.

A worthy successor to Mint
A worthy successor to Mint. Somewhat harder to work with, but it satisfies my dual requirements of a web interface and Android app availability.

I have been using PocketGuard for well…
I have been using PocketGuard for well over a year now. By far has been the best way for me to manage my money over other apps I’ve tried. I love that it shows all of my upcoming expenses so I know whats coming. I still struggle a bit with how credit cards work and that it doesn’t show in my monthly bills, but I understand the concept of it. I do wish there was the ability in the Insights section to see how my spending compares to my budget versus compared to last month. That would be a ...

Cost in Reviews is Not Correct
I've done quite a bit of research and decided on PocketGuard for a few reasons, one of which was the cost. All of the current (dated within the last week) articles stated that PocketGuard is ~$35/yr or $80 for lifetime. I just got the app, went to sign up and my only choices are $75/yr or $156/yr with no explanation as to what the differences are between the plans. I tried logging on via web browser and the logon just spins. If this is what the initial experience is like I am not interested ...

This software is terrible.
This software is terrible. I have an account that has been "loading" transactions for over a month. I can't delete it to start over, nor can I refresh it or re-enter my credentials (and it's with Chase bank, a well-known lender). Also, my bank accounts are not refreshing and the current amount and transactions are weeks old. I can't believe we've regressed from Mint (which was wonderful before CreditKarma ruined it and filled it with advertisements) to this crap.

Very difficult to unsubscribe, read the fine print
This company makes it extremely difficult to unsubscribe online and even by closing the account through their portal, you need to email their team or go through the Apple Store to separately cancel. I don't recommend based on this. Customer success team was responsive though, so credit for that.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience! The website says 7-days free trial but I can’t cancel it before the trial ended and got charged on my card. I sent several emails to customer service few days ago but haven’t heard back. I feel like got scammed.

can't cancel to cancel the "free" trial…
I have tried to cancel the "free" trial before it charges my card but it didn't work. Now my card has been charged and I can't get a refund?
