What do you like best about Plerdy? What I like the best is their heatmaps! I've tried many tools before and they had a lots of bugs or it was not easy to use. With plerdy you have a live heatmap, which is pretty awesome and easy to use, and what is really amazing is that you have nothing to do, they are collecting data for every pages and the heatmaps are made automatically.

What do you like best about Plerdy? EVERYTHING. I was initially skeptical, but using Plerdy made me realize that I had a potent tool in my hands. It has it all, Heatmaps, Session replays and Popups. Very impressed.

What do you like best about Plerdy? I needed a quick way to record and study how customers use my website. The best part is that plerdy is very easy to use, so I don't need to hire web developers or designers. I use it to study my potential customers and to see how they use my website.

What do you like best about Plerdy? Plerdy doesn't increase page load times with its script, and it's easy to map out the customer journey on our site - which is particularly useful as we have been building out content as a core part of our DTC strategy. The heatmaps are also helpful. Quite importantly, (since we aren't technical) customer service has been very responsive, and Plerdy is a solution we have been able to implement ourselves.
