Really fulfilling user experience

What do you like best? We use several leankit boards to track, deliver and delegate work amongst our large work force.....so the whole experience is far better than other products used before. What do you dislike? Some times our performance levels are a little laggy. I am unsure as to whether this is due to our internal infrastructure or the product itself.
