Streamlined Work Planning

What do you like best? Leankit helps make the process of dividing work among a team much easier. It's easy to be Lean/Agile when the repetitive parts of the process are handled so elegantly. What do you dislike? Cards will occasionally move back to a previous lane on their own. Recommendations to others considering the product: Experiment with the tool. It's a part of the Lean/Agile method, and Leankit's features are best learned by doing. What problems are you solving ...

Review of Leankit from my Perspective

What do you like best? I like the ease with which I can work and move projects without any difficulty. Each card in Leankit KANBAN board has all the information that is required and it also has block option which helps me analyse which project was stuck in which lane and what was the reason for the same. This tool helps me in my day to day work. What do you dislike? There are some updates that is made which the user will not be made aware of. The user experience changes when you ...

OBS IT processes made AGILE using Kanban board

What do you like best? The ease of creating the boards with different layouts. The possibility of several people to view and to participate. Reporting features are well advanced as it allows to judge the efficiency of the process. Ability to set work load limits is also a very powerful way to help balance the workload and see how we are doing. What do you dislike? Lack of option to store documents, we have to use another tool to store documents. This stops us from ...

Easy to skim over and find cards

What do you like best? The way the cards can be moved, labeled and colored, makes it really easy to distinguish them. What do you dislike? There are some bugs like scrolling while holding a card and lag when there are many cards in one board. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? IT Infrastructure Framework, among a lot of other smaller things.

LEANKIT is great for enterprise portfolio metrics based on team level delivery

What do you like best? The overall UX and UI has continously improved to be able to simplify the management and changing of boards. What do you dislike? the pricing... no enterprise licensing and the cost per user model does not compare financially well for large deployments relative to it's competitors. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Portfolio program management with Kanban metrics

What do you like best? Very easy to use and manage. Good UI or Kanban. What do you dislike? Filter could be better also the relation between parent-child card isn't necesseraly spot on, you have to play alot with the filter to have a comprehensive view of the relationship. What do you like best? The fact that we could organize within the team in a better way What do you dislike? The fact that we cannot really interconnect with other teams tasks the way we would like to do it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? First thing to consider I believe is avoiding wasted time due to a better work scheduling; other benefits could be a better efficiency, more transparency of the work to be done.
